Vincenzo Naso

Vincenzo Naso was a full professor of Energy Systems at Sapienza University of Rome until 2016. Currently, he is Associate Professor of Energy Systems for the Environment. He is the Director General of CIRPS - Interuniversity Research Center for Sustainable Development. He is the President of IUC - Italian University Campus in Egypt. He is the Past President of the Italian Thermal Engineering Association. He has served and continues to serve as Energy Manager for 28 national institutions, entities, and companies. He is a Member of 22 international or national Scientific Associations, holding various positions (President of the International Stirling Engine Committee; Vice President of ISSS - International Society for Sustainability Science; Member of the Board of the European Commission RTD-Energy/ENER – Renewables, R&I, Energy Efficiency / JRC Institute for Energy and Transport; Member of ATA - Associazione di Tecnica dell’Automobile e della S.A.E. – Society for Automotive Engineering; Member and Past President of ISES ITALIA - International Solar Energy Society - Italian Section; Regional Extraordinary Commissioner for the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Molise Region).
